运动康复与健康专业学生就业意向及影响因素的调查——以玉林师范学院为例

摘　　要：为了了解运动康复与健康专业学生的就业意向,提高就业指导工作的有效性,对玉林师范学院2014届运动康复与健康专业42名学生进行了就业意向问卷调查.调查结果显示:1、本专业学生的就业意向表现为就业方向多样化,但主要趋向选择本专业工作;就业地区主要是回生源地;2、大多数学生自信能找到合适工作,并且为就业做了多方面准备;3、83.3%的学生认为求职过程中个人综合能力最重要,影响择业的因素是多方面的;4、学生找工作的途径多样,希望学校能提供全方位的就业指导工作.In order to understand the sport rehabilitation and health professional students ＇ employment intentions, we＇ve carriedout a research on the employment expectations of 2014 graduates of sport rehabilitation and health. Results show：1. Employment intentions manifested： Diversification of employment orientation, But mostly tend to choose this profession; Employment is mainly back to the source 2. Most students can find suitable jobs with confidence and prepared for doing a wide range of employment.3. 83.3% students believe that Comprehensive ability of individuals important in job search.4. Students through a variety of ways to find a job,hope Provides a full range of career guidance work in schools.
