经食管心房调搏检查诱发心室扑动蜕变为心室纤颤一例报道

摘　　要：本文报道1例患者因胸痛、心悸入院治疗。在住院过程中因存在窦性心动过缓及阵发性室上性心动过速,行经食管心房调搏检查。在检查过程中患者出现心室扑动,观察过程中心室扑动蜕变为心室纤颤。通过实施非同步直流电除颤,患者转复为窦性心律。经食管心房调搏是一种相对安全的检查,但检查过程中应注意心电变化及备好抢救措施。This article reported a patient admitted to hospital with chest pain and palpitation. He was given transesophageal atrial pacing examination for sinus bradycardia and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Ventricular flutter was induced,and ventricular fibrillation appeared during the inspections. The patient recovered to sinus rhythm by the applying of non- synchronous defibrillation. Transesophageal atrial pacing is a relatively safe examination,but ECG change should be noted and emergency should be prepared.
