摘  要:针对三溪口河床式水电站工程过闸流量大、基础为深厚强透水砂砾卵石,防渗及防冲问题突出的特点,泄洪闸底板表面考虑抗冲耐磨要求设置聚丙烯纤维混凝土面层,防冲槽局部以抛石混凝土技术进行加固;枢纽右岸地势低,防渗系统封闭困难,利用枢纽右岸上游330国道路堤兼作挡水溢流坝,并在路堤迎水坡脚设置悬挂式防渗墙,连接上游山体与闸前垂直式防渗墙构建防渗系统;枢纽交通桥兼作左右岸外部交通连接线,基础承载力要求高,根据泄洪闸结构特点及河床地质条件,以泄洪闸底板作为筏型基础,低压注浆技术在渗流状态下强透水地基中被成功运用。Sanxikou hydropower station is a water-retaining station with large flow ,it is located on the foundation of thick permeable gravel pebbles ,which causes the problem of seepage and erosion .Regarding to these problems ,FRC(fiber re-inforced concrete) was used on the floor of the gate and RFC(rocked-filled concrete) was used in anti-scour channel for energy dissipation and erosion control .The embankment of State Road 330 located at the right bank of the upstream was served as water-retaining and overfall dam ,due to the low-lying right bank of the river which made it hard to seal the an-ti-seepage system .In addition ,Suspended cut-off wall was constructed at the heel of the riverside slope to connect the anti-seepage system between the upstream mountain and the vertical cut-off wall in front of the gate .The traffic bridge as the connecting media between the left and right bank ,the bearing capacity of its foundation was set high .According to the structural characteristics and the geological condition of the sluice ,the floor of the sluice was used as raft foundation and low pressure grouting method in sandy gravels were applied on strong permeable foundation successfully in the state of seepage .
