500例肾病科住院患者用药合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院肾病科住院患者的用药合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2011–2013年肾病科住院患者病历500份,对患者基本情况、疾病分布、用药品种等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:肾病科所用药物主要集中在免疫抑制剂(23.27%)、降压药物(39.20%)及抗感染药物(14.22%),未发现不合理的联合用药问题。结论:我院肾病科用药基本合理,但仍需加强药学监护以保障患者用药安全。Objective：To understand the rationality of the drug use in nephritic inpatients, for providing reference about rational drug use in clinic.Methods：A total of 500 medical records in nephritic inpatients from 2011 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed in respect of the basic situation of the patients, distribution of disease, the variety of medicine, etc.Results：The medicines used for nephropathy were mainly in immunosuppressants （23.27%）, antihypertensive drugs （39.20%）, anti-infectious agents （14.22%）. There was no unreasonable combination of drugs.Conclusion：Medication in nephritic department was generally rational, pharmaceutical care still needs to be enhanced to ensure the safety of drug use.
