摘　　要：我国的中医药科技成果转化率非常低,其主要原因是缺乏有效的法律保障机制。本文结合现行的有关法律规定,从科技体制改革、融资、税收、中介、建立专业联盟等角度探讨了如何构建中医药科技成果转化的宏观法律保障机制。The transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements of traditional Chinese medicine is very low in our country, which is mainly due to the lack of effective legal safeguard mechanism. Combining with the current laws and regulations, this paper discusses how to construct macroscopic legal safeguard mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspectives of scientific and technological system reform, financing, tax revenue, intermediary agent, and the establishment of a professional alliance, etc..
