摘 要:为研究格构式钢管混凝土风力发电机塔架K型焊接管板节点的受力性能,进行了4个圆钢管混凝土K型焊接管板节点的单调静力加载试验和1个空心圆钢管K型焊接管板节点的对比试验,探讨了该类节点的破坏模式、极限承载力以及节点区应力分布和发展规律,研究了各试验参数对节点受力性能的影响。试验结果表明:塔柱内混凝土的填充使得焊接管板节点的破坏模式由节点交汇处塔柱管壁塑性变形失效转变为节点板失效和腹杆失效;节点的极限承载力大幅增加,变形减小;节点几何参数和构造参数的变化对试件受力性能的影响较大;当节点板中部设置加劲肋时,节点的承载力提高,节点板平面外失稳得以避免;当节点极限承载力由腹杆屈曲或屈服承载力控制时,在一定范围内随着腹杆与塔柱管径比和壁厚比的增加,节点的承载力提高。In order to study the mechanical behavior of K‐type welded tube‐gusset joints in latticed concrete‐filled steel tube (CFST ) wind turbine tower ,four CFST K‐type welded tube‐gusset joints and a comparative hollow steel tube K‐type welded tube‐gusset joint were experimented under monotonic loading .The failure mode ,ultimate bearing capacity and stress distribution laws of joint zone were discussed . Meanwhile , the influence of experiment parameters on the mechanical behavior of joints were studied .The experiment results show that filling concrete in tower column makes the failure mode of welded tube‐gusset joints change from the plastic deformation failure of tower column at joint intersection area to the failure of gusset plate and w eb member ,the bearing capacity of joint increase significantly and the deformation reduce .T he geometric parameters and structural parameters of joints have great influence on the mechanical behavior of specimens .When the stiffening rib is set at the center of gusset plate ,the bearing capacity of joint increases ,the out‐of‐plane instability of gusset plate is effectively avoided .When the ultimate bearing capacity of joints is decided by the buckle or yield bearing capacity of web member ,the bearing capacities increase with the increase of the diameter ratio and wall thickness ratio between web and tower column .
