摘  要:目的:探讨尿沉渣镜检的临床应用价值。方法:选取2012年2月-2014年2月在笔者所在医院接受尿沉渣镜检的200例患者为研究对象,分别采用尿液分析仪和尿沉渣镜检两种检测方法对患者尿样进行检查,分析两种检测方法的检查结果并比较。结果:(1)两种检测方法检出的白细胞阳性率、红细胞阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)尿液分析仪检测结果显示阳性患者154例,阴性患者46例,经尿沉渣镜检检查后假阳性22例,假阳性率为14.3%;假阴性6例,假阴性率13.0%。结论:使用尿液分析仪进行尿沉渣检查具有较高的假阳性和假阴性结果,临床上容易出现漏诊、误诊,因此,作为诊断肾脏及泌尿系统疾病的重要指标,尿沉渣镜检不能完全被尿沉渣分析仪检测取代,其具有的临床价值对于泌尿系统疾病患者的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of urinary sediment microscopy.Method:200 cases of urine sediment examination patients in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected for the study.Two detection methods,urine analyzer and urinary sediment microscopy were used to detect patients' urine,and the results of the two methods were analyzed and compared.Result:(1)Leukocyte positive rate and the positive rate of red blood cells detected by two detection methods had no significant difference(P〉0.05).(2)Urine analyzer test results showed that 154 cases of patients with positive and negative in 46 patients,while been detected by urinary sediment microscopy,22 cases of false-positive and false-positive rate was 14.3% and 6 cases of false negative and false-negative rate was 13.0%.Conclusion:The use of urine analyzer to detected urinary sediment has a high false positive and false negative results,prone to clinical misdiagnosis.Therefore,as an important indicator of the diagnosis of kidney and urinary system diseases,urinary sediment microscopy cannot be completely urine analyzer replaced,its clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diseases of the urinary system is important in clinical.
