摘 要:目的:探讨微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折患者的疗效及对血清标志物的影响。方法:将本院收治的股骨远端骨折患者120例纳入研究对象,根据内固定材料不同将入组患者分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组接受微创内固定系统治疗,对照组接受股骨髁钢板内固定治疗。比较两组的手术情况、关节功能以及血清学指标。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、影像学完全愈合时间、完全负重下地时间均明显低于对照组,Harris评分、HSS评分均高于对照组,促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)及术后不同时点肌酸磷酸酶(CK)、肌红蛋白(Myo)、超C反应蛋白(h-CRP)水平均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创内固定系统治疗有助于减小手术创伤及软组织损伤,缓解炎症应激反应,促进术后骨折愈合,改善关节功能。Objective: To study the effects of minimally invasive internal fixation system on distal femoral fractures and serum markers. Methods: A total of 120 cases with distal femoral fractures admitted from 2012 March to 2014 December were enrolled and divided into two groups. Patients in observation group were treated by minimally invasive internal fixation and pa- tients in control group were treated with femoral condyle plate fixation. Then operation conditions , joint function and serum in- dex were compared. Results: In observation group operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, imaging complete healing time, and full weight bearing time were significantly shorter than those of control group. Harris score and HSS score were sig- nificantly higher than control group. Adrenocorticotropic Hormone, epinephrine, noradrenaline, IL-1 and postoperative differ- ent time CK, Myo, h-CR level were significantly lower than control group. Conclusions: Minimally invasive internal fixation can reduce operation wound and soft tissue injury, alleviate inflammatory stress reaction, promote postoperative fracture heal- ing, and improve joint function.
