摘　　要：KT25井是扎那诺尔油田第一口开窗侧钻水平井。针对扎那诺尔油田在小井眼开窗侧钻井中井漏、卡钻事故发生频繁的问题,结合小井眼侧钻井及扎那诺尔油田油气层的特点,详细介绍65/8″套管开窗测钻技术的主要工序及所采用的钻具组合、钻井参数和钻井液体系。KT25 well is the first casing window sidetracking horizontal well in which accidents of lost circulation and sticking frequently happen in slim hole sidetracking of thanoel oilfield. According to the characteristics of thanoel oil reservoir,this paper discusses the major working procedures of 65/8″ casing pipe drilling technology,drilling assembly,drilling parameters and drilling fluid system in detail.
