摘　　要：在GM油田稳油控水实践中,从油藏综合地质研究入手,进行精细小层划分与对比,对测井资料进行二次解释和认识,全面综合分析钻井、录井、测试等动静态资料,复算油田储量,细致研究油水分布特征及剩余油的分布状态,最终针对每口生产井存在的问题提出措施方案。In the practice of stabilizing production and controlling water,we start with the comprehensive geologic study,refine thin layer division and contrast,and then go ahead logging twice-interpretation and acquaintance.Based on the former steps,we could comprehensively analyze the dynamic and static data of drilling-logging-testing,recalculate the reserves,and intensive study the oil-water distribution and remaining oil distribution. In the end,we put forward to improvement measures for every well.
