摘　　要：对非晶重力制带机加工热变形现象及热变形对非晶带材加工精度的影响进行分析和讨论。提出了一种制带机嘴辊间隙的新型检测方案,可有效检测出热变形引起的制带机嘴辊间距变化,有重要的理论和实际意义。This paper analyzes and discusses on the thermal processing deformation of amorphous gravity belt making machine and its influence on the processing accuracy of amorphous belting materials.Then it puts forward a new scheme to inspect the gap between nozzle and roller and effectively detect the gap change,which has some theoretical and practical significance.
