摘 要:在煤制天然气项目中,采用不同煤质、不同气化技术生产天然气,其资源能源的利用效率不尽相同,故对其主要技术经济指标的评价应从项目的全过程(从原煤进入厂区到合成天然气进入输气管网)以及项目的环保成本等方面进行全方位、多角度的考察。本文在比较了各种典型气化技术生产天然气工艺流程的基础上,得出了其对应的资源利用水平及消耗水平等几项控制性指标数据,提出了对目前煤制天然气项目主要技术指标的理解和相关建议。Natural gas was produced by using of different quality coal and different gasification technology in the project of natural gas made by coal, in which the utilization rate of their resource and energy is not fully same, therefore evaluation of their main technical and economic indexes should be made in muhi-angle and all-around investigation from aspects of whole process ( from raw coal coming in factory area to gas conveying pipeline net of syn- thetic natural gas) and environment protection cost of project and so on. Based on comparison of process Bows producing natural gas by using of different typical gasification technologies, some of the controlled index data for the appropriate utilization level of resource and consume level etc. were obtained, and the main technical and instructional index and the related proposal were presented for present project of natural gas made by coal.
