摘  要:安徽晋煤中能化工股份有限公司拟实施航天炉生产合成氨改造为航天炉生产甲醇的技改项目。简述了技改项目中各工序需要解决的技术问题;重点分析论证了变换系统、甲醇洗系统以及液氨洗系统的改造方案。结果表明,该方案可获得生产甲醇所需要的变换率和净化气中的CO2含量,具备装置连续生产的工艺条件,并可保证装置具有足够的操作弹性。The technical reformation project, in which synthetic ammonia produced in the aerospace furnace was changed to produce methanol, would be executed in the Anhui Jinmei Zhongneng Chemical Engineering Stock Company Ltd. Author has briefly described the technical problems required to be solved in each procedure in the technical reformation project; has analyzed and certified the reformation scheme of shift system, methanol washing system and liquid ammonia washing system. Result indicates that this scheme can obtain shift the rate and the CO2 content contained in the purified gas required for producing methanol, it has the process condition needed for continuous production of the plant, moreover can also guarantee to have sufficient operative flexibility of the plant.
