高校图书资产流失问题探析

摘　　要：作为高校固定资产的图书资产,是图书馆服务读者的主要载体.图书资产流失,是高校图书馆普遍存在的问题.高校图书资产流失,主要是由图书馆管理、工作人员、读者三方面原因引起的.高校图书资产流失,影响了广大师生正常的学习、科研工作,损害了图书馆的声誉,也给图书管理人员的工作带来了极大不便.解决高校图书资产流失问题,有赖于图书馆完善管理制度、提高管理人员综合素质、强化读者导读工作三方面的共同努力.As the fixed assets, book assets is the main carrier to serve the library reader.The loss of book assets is a common problem for the university library.The loss of book assets is caused by the reason of library management, library staff and the students, which affect the normal study and research of teachers and students, damage the library reputation, and bring inconven-iences to the library staff.It depends on the library to improve their management and staff professional skill, and strengthen the read-er introduction to solve this problem.
