摘  要:再碱化技术是一种可有效阻止由于混凝土碳化而引起钢筋锈蚀的方法。高碱性电解质溶液通过电渗、扩散等作用进入混凝土基体内以及钢筋周围的电化学反应产生OH-,共同实现钢筋周围混凝土碱性的恢复,使得钢筋再钝化。在已有的研究成果基础上,根据再碱化技术的研究成果以及已有的混凝土结构检测技术,参考国家现行规范和标准的要求,完成碳化混凝土结构再碱化前预检规程。在该规程中,根据再碱化技术实施所必要的条件确立检测项目,通过检测确定再碱化的适用范围并评定结构是否适合采用再碱化技术。Realkalization technology is a kind of effective method to prevent corrosion of steel bar caused by concrete carbonation. With the OH-created by the electrochemical reaction around reinforcement,high alkaline electrolyte solution come into the concrete substrate through the effect of electroosmosis and diffusion etc to realize the alkali recovery of the concrete around steel bars and the repassivation of the steel bars. On the basis of existing research results,preliminary detective evaluation regulations for realkalizing concrete structures have been completed in this paper. The specifications refer to the current national standards and requirements,according to the existing research results about realkalization and detective technology of concrete structure. In this discipline,the test items are determined according to the implementation of the necessary conditions to realkalization,and assess whether the structure is suitable for the realkalizing technology through the applicable scope of realkalization by testing.
