摘　　要：结合唐津高速公路(塘承高速-津塘公路)扩建工程第2合同段施工实践,介绍了泡沫沥青冷再生原理及沥青发泡机理,阐述了泡沫沥青冷再生下面层施工工艺及注意事项。Combining with the engineering practice of second contract section of Tang- Jin Expressway Extension Project（ Tangcheng expressway- Jingtang highway）,principle of foam asphalt cold recycling and mechanism of asphalt foaming has been introduced and the construction technology and precautions of foam asphalt cold recycling under- layer.
