摘  要:目前,对于斜齿圆柱齿轮的优化设计研究主要集中在减小体积方面,一般很少考虑传动过程中摩擦产生的热量问题。以减小斜齿轮体积和降低轮齿啮合处摩擦产生的热量为目的,建立斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的多目标优化设计数学模型,以ISIGHT为集成平台集成计算器,对该数学模型进行求解。优化结果表明,斜齿轮的体积和轮齿啮合处的摩擦功耗有所下降,达到了降低斜齿圆柱齿轮生产成本和延长其使用寿命的目的,验证了该多目标优化设计方法的有效性。At present, the optimization design of the helical cylindrical gear mainly focused on reducing vol-ume, but the problem of heat generated by the friction is rarely considered in the process of gear transmis-sion. Aiming to reduce the volume of helical gear and the heat generated by the friction of meshing place, the multi-objective optimization design model of helical cylindrical gear transmission is established. The cal-culator is integrated in ISIGHT integration platform, then to solve the mathematical model. The optimization result shows that the volume of helical gear and the friction power loss of meshing place are reduced, the purpose is achieved which will reduce the production costs and prolong its working life. The multi-objective optimization design method is effective.
