摘 要:针对传统麻花钻加工制动泵主缸深孔所存在的刚性差、排屑困难、加工精度和效率低等问题,研究和探讨了基于枪钻技术的制动泵主缸深孔加工专用机床的相关设计问题,介绍了机床的总体结构和工作原理,确定了排屑方式、主轴转速和功率。根据枪钻系统对主轴和冷却过滤系统的要求,探讨了机床主轴和冷却过滤系统关键部件的设计问题。实际应用表明,所设计的深孔加工专用机床能够有效地解决传统麻花钻加工所存在的问题,并可用于其他类似深孔零件的加工,极大地提高了深孔加工的效率和精度。To solve the problems such as bad rigidity, difficult scraps discharging, lower working accuracy and efficiency in deep hole of brake master cylinder processing with traditional twist drill machines, key technologies of a deep hole processing machine are studied and explored based on gun drill technology in this paper. Its overall structure and working principle were described. The ways for scraps discharging, capacity and speed of main spindle are determined. The cooling and filter system is designed to meet the needs of gun drill system. The practical application indicates that the special machine for deep hole of brake master cylin-der processing developed in the paper can overcome the problems with traditional twist drill machines, and can be used in processing similar parts with deep hole also.
