摘  要:针对深孔加工过程中加工质量和刀具状态无法有效监测的问题,构建了深孔加工三维仿真模型,采用金属塑性成形仿真软件Deform-3D动态模拟了船用柴油机机身深孔加工过程,获得了深孔加工过程中的刀具温度分布情况,分析比较了不同切削参数对钻削温度的影响情况。结果表明:切削区的最高温度随切入深度的增加而急速增大,最后趋于平稳,最高温度出现在刀具和切屑接触的位置,切削温度与切削速度和进给量都成正比。As machining quality and tool condition can not be monitored effectively in the process of deep hole machining, 3D simulation model was constructed, and the marine diesel engine body deep hole machi-ning process was simulated dynamically by metal plastic forming simulation software Deform-3D. The tool temperature distribution in the process of deep hole machining was acquired, the effects of different cutting parameters on cutting temperature were analyzed and compared. The results indicate that the maximum tem-perature in cutting area increases with the cutting depth rapidly and tends to be stable finally, the maximum temperature appears in the position that chips contact at the tool, the cutting temperature is proportional to cutting speed and feed rate.
