摘 要:高浓度充填是目前主要的充填方式,粗骨料高浓度充填料浆性质复杂、影响因素多,而且某些参数的变化又不易控制,所以粗骨料充填料浆的高浓度判定仍是一大难题.本文结合目前国内外的研究现状给出了粗骨料高浓度充填料浆判定式.采用大红山铜矿废石与分级尾砂为材料进行验证,首先通过级配分析,选用最优配合比(废石∶分级尾砂为7∶3)配置料浆,进行抗离析性、泌水性观察以及坍落度试验,同时计算出高浓度充填料浆判定式对应值,最终选出符合要求的实验组,确定判定式的上下限.实验结果表明本文提出的粗骨料高浓度充填料浆判定式合理,且准确度很高,具有实际应用价值.High-density backfilling is the main way of filling. The nature of high concentration slurry filling, influenced by many factors,is complex and not easy to control the change of parameters,so it is still difficult to determine whether the density is high. The criterion of high-density filling slurry with coarse aggregates is put forward in this paper by combining the research status at home and abroad. Waste rock and graded tailings from Dahongshan copper mine are used to testify the criterion. Firstly,through grading analysis,the optimum propor-tion,the ratio of waste rock and graded tailings being 7∶3,is adopted to configure the slurry under different con-centration and cement content. Experiments are then carried out on the anti-segregating,bleeding and slump. The corresponding values of the criterion are calculated at the same time. Finally,the experimental groups which follow up with the request are selected to determine the bounds of the criterion. The results show that the criteri-on of high-density filling slurry with coarse aggregate is reasonable and practical.
