刺血拔罐法联合新癀片外敷治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察刺血拔罐法联合新癀片外敷与常规西药治疗带状疱疹的疗效差异。[方法]将60例患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。治疗组30例,在疱疹最疼痛点采用刺血、拔罐等方法,联合新癀片外敷;对照组30例采用口服阿昔洛韦片及外用阿昔洛韦膏。[结果]治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,两组疗效对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的止痛、止疱、结痂、脱痂时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),后遗神经痛发生率差异无统计学意义。[结论]针刺放血拔罐法联合新癀片外敷是治疗带状疱疹的有效方法之一。[Objective] To compare the therapeutic difference between blood-letting and cupping combined with external used Xinhuangpian powder and routine Western medicine therapy in treating herpes zoster.[Methods]Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with pricking blood on the points with severe pain,followed by cupping and external using of Xin huangpian powder.The control group was treated with external application of Aciclovir Ointment and oral Aciclovir. The therapeutic effects between these two groups were compared. [Results] The 21 patients were cured in the treatment group with total effect ratio of 93.3%, while 7 patients in the control group（total effect ratio of 66.7%. There was a significant difference between these two groups（P〈 0.05）.The time duration of pain relief, vesication stopping, scabbing and decrustation in treatment group were shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. There was no difference in incidence of post-herpetic neuralgia statistically. [Conclusion] Blood-letting and cupping combined with external using of Xinhuangpian powder is an effective therapy in treating herpes zoster.
