CD40/CD40L与痰瘀互结气郁证证候及颈动脉斑块的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的观察心痛方治疗冠心病合并颈动脉斑块痰瘀互结气郁证患者的疗效,分析CD40/CD40L与痰瘀互结气郁证证候及颈动脉斑块的相关性。方法将52例冠心病合并颈动脉斑块痰瘀互结气郁证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用心痛方治疗,对照组服用阿托伐他汀+阿司匹林治疗,疗程为3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床证候、颈动脉斑块Crouse积分、内中膜厚度(IMT)、CD40、CD40L。结果两组治疗后CD40/CD40L、中医证候积分、Crouse积分及IMT均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。CD40/CD40L与中医证候积分、颈动脉斑块Crouse积分及IMT之间均有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 CD40/CD40L与痰瘀互结气郁证证候及颈动脉斑块之间具有相关性。Objective Through the observation of Xintong decoction in treating the patients with phlegm stagnation,qi depression syndrome on coronary heart disease complicated with carotid artery plaque,to analyses the correlation between CD40/CD40L and TCM syndrome and carotid artery plaque.Methods Fifty two patients were randomized to treatment group and control group,pa-tients in the treatment group taking Xintong decoction treatment,the control group of patients taking atorvastatin plus aspirin,for 3 months.The clinical symptoms,carotid artery plaque,IMT,CD40,CD40L of patients were observed.Results CD40/CD40L has corre-lation with TCM syndrome integral,carotid artery plaque and IMT Crouse integral. Conclusion CD40/CD40L had correlation with TCM syndrome and carotid artery plaque.
