摘　　要：目的根据中医望诊相关理论探讨脑血管病与胃肠道疾病的内在联系,为中医望诊的客观性与准确性提供依据,为临床诊治拓宽思路。方法根据脑血管病患者面、舌与胃肠道相关投射部位的色泽及纹理变化,对脑血管病患者疑有胃肠道疾病者用现代医学方法进行检测,观察脑血管病与胃肠道疾病的相关性,从而探讨国人脑血管病与胃肠道的内在联系。结果符合研究条件的观察病例共257例,在面、舌的相关部位出现特征性变化的有223例(86.7%),其中211例(82.1%)做了胃/肠镜检测和幽门螺杆菌(Hp)检测,其胃/肠镜检测阳性符合率为100.0%,Hp检测阳性率为49.8%(105/211)。结论唇周有皱褶或/和舌面有裂纹(沟)与胃肠道疾病有密切相关性,胃肠道疾病可能为中国人脑血管病重要的危险因素(始动因素)之一。Objective To research the relationship between gastrointestinal disease and cerebrovascular disease,and provide the evidence for objectify and accuracy Chinese medical inspection diagnosis.Methods According with color and texture of face/tongue changes of patients with cerebrovascular disease detected with modern medical methods.To explore the intrinsic relationship between cerebrovascular disease and gastrointestinal disease in Chinese people.Results Two hundreds and fifty seven cases in-cluded in this study,and 223 cases had characteristic changes in the relevant parts of the face and tongue,of which 211 cases （82.1%） had gastrointestinal endoscope and Helicobacter pylori （Hp）detection,its gastrointestinal endoscope testing positive rate was 100.0%, Hp testing positive rate was 49.8%（105/211）.Conclusion Wrinkled lip and/or tongue surface with cracks（groove）have closely re-lated with the gastrointestinal diseases.Gastrointestinal disease may be one of important risk factors（initial factor）in cerebro vascular disease for Chinese people.
