摘 要:由于风电功率波动性大,直接接入电网会给电网安全运行带来很大的风险。为了提高风电并网后系统运行的灵活性,将用户侧响应和系统的旋转备用融入到含风电的电力系统调度计划中。基于准实时电价建立了负荷模型,将柔性负荷作为系统的备用调峰,并考虑了火电机组的排污特性,建立了相应的模型。首先用优先顺序法确定各个时段机组的状态组合,再采用改进的细菌群体趋药性算法对模型进行优化求解。最后,通过一个含风电场的10机系统对模型进行仿真,结果表明所建立的模型具有一定的合理性。Because the wind power is fluctuation, and it can bring about great risk to the safety of power grid if it di- rectly connects to the power grid. In order to improve the flexibility of power grid operation, this paper consider the sys- tem spinning reserve and demand response into the wind power system dispatch plan. The load model is constructed based on the real-time price. This paper establishes the power system dispatch model according to flexible peak load regulation and the thermal power unit's pollution discharge characteristics. Firstly, the priority method is utilized to de- termine the units'state of each time. Secondly, the improved bacterial colony ehemotaxis algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the system which contains wind farm and 10 thermal units verifies the model and the simulation results indicate that the proposed schedule has certain rationality.
