摘 要:以二甲基硅油和含氢硅油为原料,分别以苯、甲苯、环己烷为溶剂,在催化剂作用下共聚,制得雾化硅油。对其成膜性、耐热性、热氧化安定性、雾化性各方面进行了表征。结果表明,用甲苯作溶剂制备的雾化硅油在动态黏度、成膜性、耐热性、热氧化安定性、雾化性能方面都可与用苯作溶剂制备的雾化硅油相比。可以用甲苯替代苯作溶剂制备雾化硅油。The atomized silicone fluid was prepared by copolymerization with dimethyl silicone fluid and hydrogen-containing silicone fluid as the raw materials,benzene,toluene and cyclohexane as the solvent,respectively. It was studied that the influence of the 3 solvents on film-forming,thermal oxidation stability and temperature resistance and fogging performance of silicone fluid. Results show that using toluene as the solvent,the atomized silicone fluid has better dynamic viscosity,film-forming performance,thermal oxidation stability and temperature resistance,and fogging performance,compared with the fluid with benzene as the solvent. The toluene can replace benzene for the preparation of atomized silicone fluid.
