摘　　要：根据天津市地方财政科技拨款调查提供的数据显示,2013年天津市财政科技支出为92.81亿元,较上年增加16.16亿元,其中科技交流与合作、基础研究支出增长最快。全市财政科技投入用于R&D经费30.41亿元,较2009年增加了17.35亿元。According to a survey of local financial allocations for science and technology sector in Tianjin,science and technology expenditures in Tianjin in 2013 totaled RMB 9.281 billion,a yearly increase of RMB 1.616 billion. Among the expenditures,items of science and technology communications and cooperation and basic researches grew with the fastest speed. Besides,expenditures for R＆amp;D were RMB 3.041 billion,an increase of 1.735 billion compared with those in 2009.
