摘　　要：量块是保存和传递长度单位量值的基准器具,在使用中应保证其尺寸精度,对尺寸精度超出允许范围的量块需要进行研磨修理。从平板的选择、修理量块的环境要求、量块的研磨要点等方面论述了量块修理过程中需要注意的一些问题。A gauge block is a workpiece reference apparatus which saves and delivers measurement size of the length unit. In order to guarantee the high precision of the end face,gauge blocks with dimensional precision exceeding the allowed range need to be grinded before operations. In this paper,some noteworthy issues during gauge block repair-ing were discussed in the aspects of selection of grinding flat,environment requirement for block repairing,key points of grinding and etc.
