摘　　要：随着通用航空的发展,对于飞行服务的需求不断增加。从飞行计划服务、航行情报与咨询服务、航空气象服务、目视跟踪与警告服务、搜索服务等方面分析了飞行服务的基本内容,得出我国建设飞行服务站的必要性,并从飞行前、飞行中和飞行后3个阶段阐述了飞行服务的基本业务流程。With the development of general aviation,requirements for flight services are increasing. This paper dis-cussed basic contents of flight services from the perspectives of flight planning,navigation intelligence and consul-tancy,aviation meteorological service,visual tracking and warning and searching service and came to the conclu-sion that it is necessary to build up flight service stations（FSSs）in China. It also expounded basic business processes of flight services from three flight phases,including pre-flight,in-flight and post-flight periods.
