博罗县2008—2013年艾滋病疫情分析及防治对策探讨

摘　　要：目的 分析博罗县艾滋病疫情流行现状和特征,探讨艾滋病防治对策.方法 依据博罗县2008-2013年累计报告的HIV/AIDS病例人口分布、传播途径及样本来源等资料,应用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析.结果 博罗县2008-2013年累计报告HIV/AIDS 146例,死亡28例,疫情呈增长趋势,报告病例以20～44岁青壮年为主,共102例（69.86％）;地区分布广泛,以本县户籍人居多,共88例（60.27％）,以性接触传播为主,其中异性接触123例（84.25％）,其他就诊者检测报告44例（30.14％）.结论 博罗县艾滋病疫情呈上升趋势,传播途径以性传播为主,主要与人员流动相关.因此,必须加强对艾滋病防治知识的宣传,加强对流动人口监管和对高危人群的干预,同时积极开展治疗,提高病人的生存质量.OBJECTIVE Analysis of AIDS outbreak situation and characteristics in Boluo County and discusses the countermeasures to prevent and control AIDS. METHOD From 2008 to 2013, based on the Boluo County cumulative reported HIV/AIDS cases population distribution, route of transmissio, sample source, descriptive epidemiological method was applied to analyze. RESULT From 2008 to 2013 146 cases of cumulative reported HIV/AIDS, 28 cases of death in Boluo County, the outbreak is rising, mainly young adults 102 cases（69.86%）, extensive regional distribution, the county people accounted for the majority of 88 cases（60.27%）, sexual contact is the main way of hiv transmission, heterosexual contact 123 cases（84.25%）, Other patients detection are 44 cases（30.14%）. CONCLUSION The outbreak is rising in Boluo County, sexual contact is the main way of hiv transmission, mainly related to the flow of persons. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of AIDS prevention knowledge, strengthen the supervision of the floating population and intervention of high-risk populations. At the same time, actively carry out treatment, improve the quality of life of patients.
