摘  要:为了使定量泵输出多级定流量、不用减压阀适应多个压力以及定量马达输出多级定转速和定转矩,设计了集多个单泵、单马达于一体具有高比功率的多泵多速马达,并在此基础上提出了混合型多泵多速马达传动理论。根据多泵、多速马达的特点对其进行了分类,分析了各类泵和马达在不同工作方式下的输出特性,又进一步得出决定多泵输出特性的流量系数以及多速马达输出特性的转速、转矩系数。分析了排量系数对传动的影响。结果表明:通过改变工作方式能够使流量系数和转速、转矩系数在一定范围内变化,变化范围取决于排量系数;比例型多速马达的差动连接会产生死点和差动反向,应确保转矩系数大于零。所设计的新型多泵多速马达在农业机械、行走机械、加工机械等领域有着广泛的应用前景。A multi-pump and multi-motor system with high power density, which consists of several single pumps and motors, is designed to make the constant displacement pump output multi flows, to work in different pressures without a reducing valve, and to make the constant displacement motor output with multi speeds and torques. Transmission theory of the mix type multi-pump and multi-motor driving system is presented. Components are classified according to their characteristics, and their output performances in different connections are studied. Coefficients of the speed, torque and flow that determine the output quality are achieved. The effects of the displacement coefficient on the transmission are also analyzed. The results show that the output coefficients change within a certain range depending on the displacement coefficient, and that the torque coefficient should be greater than zero to avoid the dead center and the reversal point, which will occur in differential connections. This new multi-pump and multimotor driving system is expected broad applications in the fields of agricultural machinery, mobile machines and processing machinery.
