摘　　要：目的通过临床对照研究,探讨理脊通脉手法对青少年寰枢关节失稳综合征的临床疗效。方法将82例符合纳入标准的青少年寰枢关节失稳综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组42例采用理脊通脉手法治疗,对照组40例采用颈椎牵引治疗,治疗两周后分别观察比较主观疼痛减轻效果和临床疗效。结果治疗组减痛效果和临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理脊通脉手法对青少年寰枢关节失稳综合征具有较好的疗效。Objective Through controlled clinical study to examine the clinical effect of Management spinal TONGMAI practices on adolescent atlantoaxial joint instability syndrome. Method The 82 cases of juvenile atlantoaxial instability syndrome met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the 42 cases of treatment group were received management spinal TONGMAI practices, and the 40 cases of control group were treated with cervical traction therapy. They were observed subjective effects and clinical efficacy of pain relief after 2 weeks of treatment. Result The effect of reducing the pain was much obviously in the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of management spinal TONGMAI practices on adolescent atlantoaxial joint instability syndrome has good effect.
