中药灌肠法治疗阿片性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药灌肠法治疗阿片性便秘(中医辨证阴液亏虚)的临床疗效。方法 60例均确诊为癌痛的患者,均服用盐酸羟考酮缓释片10mg,q12h,给予增液汤加减(玄参30g,麦冬30g,生地黄30g,大黄15g,火麻仁15g),水煎300ml,早晚各150ml保留灌肠30min,7天为一疗程。结果 60例患者中痊愈35例(58.33%),显效10例(16.66%),有效6例(10%),无效9例(15%),总有效率为75%。结论中药灌肠法治疗阿片性便秘能改善患者症状,疗效显著。Objective To observe effect of the traditional Chinese medicine enema in treatment of opioid constipation （liquid Yin deficiency syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine）. Methods 60 cases of patients of cancer were took oxycodone hydrochloride zyban 10 mg, q12h, and add Zengye Decoction （Radix Scrophulariae 30g, radix ophiopogonis 30g, Radix Rehmanniae Recens 15g, Semen CannabislSg） , water frying, 300ml, 150ml retention enema for 30 min in the morning and evening, 7 days for a course of treatment. Results In the 60 patients, 35 cases recovered （58.33%） , 10 cases were markedly effective（ 16. 66% ） , 6 cases were effective （ 10% ） , 9 cases were invalid （ 15% ）. The total effective rate was 75%. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine enema method in treatment of opioid constipation can improve symptoms, curative effect is remarkable.
