热敏化艾盒灸对PPH术后尿潴留的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察热敏化艾盒灸对吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)术后尿潴留的临床疗效;方法选取我院肛肠科2012年2月—2013年5月收治的90例行PPH术后尿潴留患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加热敏化艾盒灸关元、中极穴位,观察比较两组促进膀胱功能恢复的疗效情况。结果观察组显效28例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率91.1%;对照组显效15例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率75.6%,观察组和对照组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏化艾盒灸能有效降低PPH术后尿潴留的发生,简便易行,可推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of urinary retention reply to heat sensitive moxibustion with moxa box after PPH; Methods Selecting our anorectal department 90 patients with urinary retention after PPH from February 2012 May to 2013 and dividing into observation group and control group randomly. The control group uses conventional nursing care. The observation group uses the heat sensitive moxibustion with moxa box at Guanyuan acupoint, Zhongji acupoint and so on. Then compare the statistical analysis of efficacy of the two groups to promote the recovery of bladder function. Results 28 cases are markedly effective. 13 cases are effective. 4 cases are invalid, the total efficiency is 91.1%. 15 cases of control group andl9 cases are effective. 11 cases are ineffective, the total efficiency is 75.6%. the difference was statistically significant between observation group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The heat sensitive moxibustion with moxa box can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention after PPH operation and can be widely used.
