干熄焦除尘灰代替部分喷吹煤的研究与应用

摘　　要：不同富氧率、不同配入比例下的喷煤试验研究表明,除尘灰添加比例为5%左右时,对高炉喷煤的燃烧率影响不大,实际应用中,除尘灰配加1.3%左右,对高炉指标影响较小,经济和环保效益显著。Coal injection experiments with different oxygen enrichment and different proportions of de-dusting ash show that the combustion rate of blast furnace PCI coal doesn’t change so much with addition of de-dusting ash up to 5%.In actual application,addition of 1.3% de-dusting ash brings about less influence on blast furnace indexes,but remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
