摘　　要：分析了5.5m捣固焦炉装煤系统除尘效果差的原因,采取了相应的改造措施,提出了系统运行中的注意事项。改进后提高了装煤除尘效果,杜绝了装煤时机侧冒黄烟的现象,减少了上升管和消烟除尘设备的维护工作。This paper analyzes the reason why the 5.5m stamp-charging coke oven has bad effects of charging emission control,and then the corresponding improved measurements are adopted.In addi-tion,some notes during the system operation are put forward.After the improvements, the effect of emission control during coal-charging is improved,and the phenomenon of yellow smoke emitting from the pusher side during charging is completely eradicated,and the maintenance of ascension pipes and smoke abatement devices is reduced as well.
