摘  要:以某拖拉机变速器为研究对象,基于Romax软件分析了齿轮啮合过程中轮齿单位长度最大载荷、传递误差和谐响应。分析结果表明:齿轮啮合过程中传递误差较大,存在较大的啮合冲击,需对齿轮进行修形以改善受力情况,降低噪声,延长齿轮使用寿命;齿向修形后,三个性能指标均有所改善,啮合冲击趋于缓和,振动噪声传递得到削弱,齿轮受力减小,延长了齿轮的使用寿命;但齿廓修形后,轮齿单位长度最大载荷却增加了,啮合冲击变大,齿轮承载能力降低。A tractor transmission as the research object, the maximum load per unit length, transmission errors and harmonic response in the gear teeth meshing process based on Romax software were analyzed. The results showed that the transmission error was very large, there was a big meshing impact in the process of meshing gears, the gear needed modification to improve the situation by force, reduced noise and extended gear life; after the lead modification, meshing impact eased, vibration and noise transfer had been weakened, gear force reduced, extended the life of the gear, but after the tooth profile modification, the maximum load per unit length of the tooth had increased, meshing impact had been larger, gear carrying capacity reduced.
