摘　　要：分析了薄规格钢板在辊压式淬火机淬火时发生瓢曲变形机理以及影响因素,重点从设备精度、加热冷却工艺以及原始板形等方面进行研究,提出了薄规格钢板淬火工艺的关键因素,取得了较好效果。The mechanism and influencing factors for the buckling deformation of thin gauge plates during quenching by roll- type quenching machine were analyzed,and the study was carried out from the aspects of the equipment accuracy,the heating and cooling process and the original plate shape,then the the key factors influencing the quenching process of thin gauge plates were proposed,and a good effect was obtained.
