摘　　要：针对300棒材机组半连轧生产线精整设备落后等问题,本文在分析产生原因的基础上,通过技术论证和设计,采用三组PLC通过三级网络的自动化应用技术,实现了精整设备的自动化控制,提高了精整处理钢材的能力。In this paper,aiming at the backward problem of finishing equipment,the 300 bar unit semi continuous rolling production line,based on the analysis of the reasons,through technical demonstration and design,automation technology was applied by three groups of PLC through the three level network,automatic control of finishing equipment was realized and the ability of steel finishing was improved.
