摘  要:建立一种同时分析双氟磺草胺和2甲4氯的高效液相色谱法。采用超高压液相色谱仪,以乙腈+0.05%三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,在220 nm波长下对18%2甲·双氟悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。双氟磺草胺和2甲4氯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 7和0.999 9,标准偏差分别为0.003和0.240,变异系数分别为0.46%和1.38%,平均回收率分别为101.33%和99.24%。本方法简便、快速、准确度高,可以满足定量分析要求。An UPLC method was developed for simultaneous quantitative determination of florasulam and MCPA using acetonitrile + trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, on C18 and DAD at 220 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of florasulam and MCPA were 0.999 7 and 0.999 9, the standard deviations were 0.003 and 0.240, the variation coefficients were 0.46% and 1.38%, the average recoveries were 101.33% and 99.24%, respectively. The method was simple, quick, accurate, and could meet the damands of quantitative analysis.
