因素分析对大学生自主学习能力成分的探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究大学生自主学习能力的成分。方法:从能力属于个性特征的角度出发,通过文献资料检索,开放式问卷、半封闭式问卷和封闭式问卷调查分析,以及因素分析提取主成分的方法,对大学生自主学习能力的成分进行研究。结果:大学生自主学习能力成分涉及自主性和学习能力2个因素,共21个方面。结论:弥补了大学生自主学习能力成分研究领域的不足,为大学生自主学习能力的培养及量表研制奠定了基础,同时丰富和发展了教育理论。Objective：To explore the elements of undergraduatesˊautonomous learning capability. Methods：The ele-ments of undergraduatesˊautonomous learning capability were studied through questionnaire survey and factor analysis. Result：The elements contain 21 items and 2 factors（ autonomy;learning ability）. Conclusion：The two factors should be important elements in the curriculum of college educational programs,and it is possible to evaluate the consequences of developing autonomous learning capability among undergraduates through education.
