摘　　要：组织政治在组织生活中无处不在,对组织运作及效率有重要影响。自组织政治认知提出以来,研究者对其概念、结构及对组织结果的影响都一直存在分歧,并且组织政治认知一直被认为是消极的、黑暗的、对组织百害而无一利的。因此,在综述了组织政治认知概念基础上,扩展了组织政治认知模型,重点对组织政治认知的中立视角进行阐述,认识到它不仅是消极的,也可以是积极的。The perceptions of organizational politics（ POPs）is everywhere in organizational life. It has important in-fluence on the functioning and efficiency of the organization. Since organization of POPs is proposed,researchers always have divergence about its concept and the effect. Pterceptions of organizational politics has been considered to be negative, dark,and no benefit to the organization. This paper summarizes the concept of organizational politics,and then expands the model of organizational politics. At last,it holds that the perceptions of organizational politics should be neutral . POPs is not only negative,but also can be positive.
