湖北引种滇楸优良无性系苗期测定与选择

摘　　要：以湖北江汉平原引种贵州的滇楸雄性不育无性系为材料，分别对1～2年生嫁接苗的胸径和树高性状进行苗期测定。结果表明，1年生滇楸无性系平均胸径和树高为2．490 cm和2．943 m，2年生平均胸径和树高达到4．289 cm和4．220 m；方差分析显示，不同无性系间在不同林龄时胸径和树高的差异均达到极显著水平；滇楸无性系2年生胸径、树高的重复力分别为71．21％和64．07％；以胸径和树高为指标，采用加权系数选择指数法对不同无性系进行评价，综合2年的选择指数I值，初选出6个优良滇楸无性系，入选率为20％。Selection of 1-year and 2-year old male sterile clones of Catalpa fargesii f.duclouxii in Jianghan plain Hubei which introduced from Guizhou as materials to measure tree DBH and height.The results showed that the average diameter and height of 1-year old clones were 2.490 cm and 2.943 m,and 2-year old clones were 4.289 cm and 4.220 m,respectively.The results of ANOVA showed that the growth variation in different stand age was significant among clones.The repeatability of diameter and height for 2-year old clones were 7 1.2 1% and 64.07%,respectively.DBH and height were taken as indexes,and weighted coefficient method was applied to es-timate.Finally,6 fine clones were chosen,the selection rate was 20%.
