摘　　要：阐述了无屑切割的原理,对各机构的运动进行分析,拟定了总体设计方案,重点分析和解决了切割装置中刀架既要转动又要平动的问题,并对斜槽角度的确定进行了详细讨论,最后为斜槽角度的确定提出了合理的建议。This design describes the principle of non chip cutting, analyzes the motion of the mechanism, drawn up the over-all design scheme, the author analyzes and resolves the cutting device torotate and tool both translational problems, discussed the angle of the chute, finally put forward reasonable suggestions to determine the oblique groove angle.
