摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床症状群,发病率和病死率高,5a存活率与恶性肿瘤相仿,严重威胁患者生命。近年来针对心力衰竭的新的诊断与治疗方法不断涌现。本文结合循证医学证据和国内外最新指南,对慢性心力衰竭的诊断及治疗进展作一综述。Chronic heart failure is a complex group of clinical symptoms with high incidence and fatality threatening human health.Its 5-year survival rate is similar to that of malignant tumor.In recent years,both in terms of basic research and clinical practice,the study on heart failure has made a remarkable progress,and novel screening techniques and therapies have been emerging continuously.This paper reviews the diagnosis and therapy of chronic heart disease based on the latest evidence-based medicine literature and guidelines.
