摘　　要：SolidWorks是机械制造领域常见的三维设计软件,被应用于产品设计中。详细介绍了SolidWorks软件在装载机BZ030变速箱装配动画的设计过程和制作过程。通过装配动画的实现可以更直观地反映产品的结构和装配关系,为装配工艺设计建立基本的理论模型,缩短产品制造周期,提高产品转化为商品的效率。SolidWorks is a 3Ddesign software that is common in mechanical manufacturing field,which has been widely used in product design.This paper described the application of SolidWorks software in the process design.Took application of the loader BZ030 gearbox as the research object,introduced the design process of the BZ030 gearbox assembly animation.The application can structure and assembly relation more intuitive to reflect the products,the basic theory model for assembly process design to shorten the manufacturing cycle,and enhanced the product into commodity efficiency.
