摘 要:以风力发电机圆柱滚子轴承为对象,利用有限元法对其静力学和动态特性进行分析研究,建立了滚动轴承多体接触几何及有限元力学模型,分析了不同载荷、不同滚子数目及空心度的变化对应力和变形的影响规律,最后,进行了滚动轴承的有限元模态分析。相关方法和结论为风力发电机滚动轴承的设计制造及相关接触问题的进一步研究提供了科学依据和基础数据。Took the cylindrical roller bearing in wind turbine as research objects,the finite element method was used for its static and dynamic characteristics.Considering the different load,different number of rollers and hollow degree change on the stress distribution and deformation,multi-bodies contact for rolling bearing and finite element model were established.Finally,the finite element modal analysis of rolling bearing was studied.The methods and conclusions of this study provided scientific proof and basic data for further study of the design and manufacture of rolling bearing in wind turbine and related contact problems.
