摘  要:通过热处理改变硬质合金钴相组织,是目前提高材料强韧性的研究重点。本文以0.8μm WC-10%Co超细晶硬质合金为研究对象,采用不同的热处理(快冷+回火)工艺制度,制备超细晶硬质合金,并检测合金力学性能和粘结相成分的变化。研究结果表明,合理的热处理工艺可提高合金的断裂韧性,但热处理过程中易引起硬质合金超细晶晶粒长大,导致硬度和抗弯性能降低。Research was currently focused to enhance the strength and toughness of material through chan- ging cobalt phase structure of cemented carbide by heat treatment. In this paper, with 0.8 μm WC-10 % Co uhrafine grain cemented carbide as research object, ultrafine grain cemented carbide was prepared by different heat treatment (fast cooling and tempering) process system. The mechanical properties and changing of binding phase composition were detected. Results showed that the fracture toughness of alloy could be improved by proper heat treatment process, but the hardness and bending strength might be reduced due to easy growth of ultrafine grain during the heat treatment.
