摘 要:本文设计并制备了新型高铬铸铁,对其进行了系统的亚临界工艺研究。借助XRD、SEM、硬度计和粒磨磨损试验机研究了亚临界处理试样的显微组织、相组成、显微硬度及耐磨性。结果表明,制备的高铬铸铁铸态组织由枝晶状的残余奥氏体与莱氏体组成,组织中无粗大的一次碳化物。经600℃×6 h亚临界处理后,明显提高高铬铸铁的硬度及抗磨性。In this paper, new high chromium cast iron was designed and prepared, and its subcritical treatment process was systematically investigated. Microstructure, phase composition, micro-hardness and wear resistance of subcritical treated samples were analyzed by means of XRD, SEM, hardness tester and abrasion testing machine. The results showed that the microstructure as cast of high chromium cast iron prepared was composed of dendrite residual austenite and ledeburite matrix, and no coarse primary carbide was observed in its microstructure. Hardness and wear resistance of high chromium cast iron were obviously improved after 600 ℃ × 6 h subcritical treatment.
