棉/聚乳酸玉米纤维纬长丝新产品的开发

摘　　要：用棉纱线作经纱,聚乳酸玉米纤维长丝作纬纱,结合联合组织的设计手法,开发出聚乳酸玉米纤维纬长丝织物。就其设计方案和设计思路进行了详细的论述,并对其风格特性指标进行了测试。通过综合分析,结果表明:所开发的棉/聚乳酸玉米纤维纬长丝织物既分别体现了棉纤维和聚乳酸玉米纤维的优良特性,又体现了纬长丝织物的风格特性,达到了设计要求。With cotton yarn as warp and polylactic acid （PLA） corn iflament as weft and by using combined weaves, a weft iflament fabric is developed. The designing scheme and ideas were discussed in details and the style and properties of the fabric were tested. The result of the comprehensive analysis indicates that this fabric not only has the ifne quality of both cotton ifber and PLA （corn） ifber, but also shows the style features of weft iflament fabric, which meets the designing requirements.
