摘 要:南卡罗来纳州N市的市政污水收集后在2个污水厂进行处理,为扩大污水处理量需对污水处理厂升级改造。在实施第1阶段升级改造过程中,一部分原先送入A厂的污水需临时被调入B厂处理。因此,需要评估B厂现有设施处理能力的提升空间,以确定临时调入的污水量。该评估使用Bio Win辅助进行,模拟集中于活性污泥工艺段,出水质量即模型的边界条件之一由间歇性砂滤中试确定。多种方案模拟对现有设施处理能力可提升的空间都进行了定量,根据工程投入及模拟结果最终选定串行进水模式和增加曝气量组合的方案以应对处理水量以及负荷的增加。The municipal wastewater was collected and treated by two wastewater treatment plants(WWTP), namely A and B, in the city of South Carolina. In order to meet the increasing needs of treatment, we needed to upgrade both facilities.A portion of the wastewater, had been previously sent to A, need to be temporarily re-routed to B. An evaluation of the treatment facilities at B was performed for determining the capacity of the existing process. In this study, Bio Win was applied and focused on evaluating the performance of the activated sludge process only. The boundaries were determined by a pilot-scale study of the intermittent sand filtration(ISF) process. A number of modifications were stimulated and determined for improving treatment capacities. Considering the improved capacity and the feasible operation, the modification of serial flow pattern was chose to meet the needs.
